This role will provide technical leadership, project oversight, and team management across a variety of energy and industrial projects, including natural gas compressor stations, LNG facilities, gas processing facilities, power generation facilities, and other midstream and downstream infrastructure.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a senior process engineering professional with strong technical expertise, project experience, and leadership capabilities who can lead process engineering teams, work directly with clients, support multidisciplinary project execution, and help grow and develop the process engineering practice.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\nLead and manage process engineering teams across multiple projects and clients\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to process engineers and designers\nServe as a key technical and client-facing leader throughout project execution\nCoordinate process engineering activities with mechanical, electrical, I&C, civil, structural, and other engineering disciplines\nReview and approve process engineering calculations, studies, drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables\nDevelop process design approaches, engineering scopes, studies, and project estimates\nPerform and oversee process simulations, hydraulic analyses, equipment sizing, and process design calculations\nDevelop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), process datasheets, and equipment specifications\nSupport equipment selection, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and technical bid evaluations\nTroubleshoot complex process engineering issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions\nSupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation\nParticipate in client meetings, design reviews, technical discussions, and project presentations\nConduct field walkdowns, site assessments, commissioning, start-up, and other field activities as needed\nHelp establish and maintain engineering standards, processes, and quality expectations\nIdentify opportunities to improve project execution, technical capabilities, and team performance\nTravel periodically to client and project sites as required\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline\n10+ years of professional process engineering experience\nExperience leading process engineering projects, teams, or departments\nExperience supporting oil & gas, midstream, downstream, LNG, natural gas, gas processing, power generation, or other industrial energy projects\nStrong understanding of process engineering principles, process design, and engineering practices\nExperience with process simulations, hydraulic analysis, equipment sizing, process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications\nExperience with engineering design, equipment selection, procurement, vendor coordination, and field support\nStrong ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate technical activities across disciplines\nExcellent communication, leadership, organizational, and client-management skills\nAbility to travel to project and client sites as needed\nActive Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly
