The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant structural design experience and will be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing junior staff while providing expertise to clients and collaborating with in-house multidisciplinary teams. The role will involve scope evaluation, project planning, technical review, construction administration, quality control, and supporting Pond's construction management group in design-build efforts.
