In this role, you will be a trusted finance business partner for our global functions, supporting their management teams in financial planning, performance analysis, decision-making, and business development. You will combine strong business controlling expertise with a solid understanding of data, reporting solutions, and financial planning systems.\nWhat you will do\nAct as the finance business partner for designated functions and work closely with their management teams.\nSupport business leaders in financial decision-making by providing relevant analysis, insights, and recommendations.\nLead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the supported functions.\nAct as a key user for Anaplan, business planning and performance management platform, supporting its effective use and continuous development.\nMonitor and analyze financial performance, costs, investments, headcount, projects, and key performance indicators.\nDevelop financial models, reporting solutions, and planning processes using Anaplan and Power BI.\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of financial and operational data used in management reporting.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting processes, and performance management.\nParticipate in the continuous development of Group Business Finance processes, tools, and ways of working.\nWhat we are looking for\nA suitable university degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in business controlling, finance business partnering, or a comparable role.\nStrong understanding of financial planning, management reporting, performance analysis, and cost controlling.\nA strong data-oriented mindset and the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights.\nExperience working in a global matrix organization and a good understanding of matrix ways of working.\nPractical experience with Power BI. Previous experience with Anaplan is considered an advantage.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models and large datasets.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with attention to detail.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent communication skills in Finnish and English.\nExperience in supporting project-based functions is considered an advantage.\nAs a person\nYou are proactive, analytical, and business-oriented. You enjoy working closely with management and helping stakeholders understand the financial implications of their decisions. You can challenge constructively, communicate complex matters clearly, and turn data into practical recommendations.
