Für einen Parnter bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Key-Account-Manager (m/w/d) Bei der Position geht es um die Vermittlung von Freiberuflichen Experten im Bereich IT.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifikation von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Erarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für Kunden
  • Betreuung und Beratung der Bestandskunden sowie Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Koordination der Vertragsverhandlungen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerb zur Optimierung der Vertriebsstrategien

Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Key-Account-Management, idealerweise im Bereich IT-Contracting.
  • Starke Verhandlungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung.
