$16.50 hourly + Tips\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nGreet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.\nPromptly bring water to the table and replenish drinks before the guest has to request a refill.\nAssist the server when needed with food delivery ensuring the food is served at the proper temperature and quality.\nPre bus table between courses including the removal or addition of any necessary tableware.\nClear tables after guests depart ensuring tables, chairs and floor are clean for next guests’ arrival.\nNotify host/hostess and food server when table is ready to ensure efficiency is maintained in the restaurant area.\nEmpty linen bags, take out trash, organize dish area, polish glassware and other duties assigned by management.\nEnsure that all duties are carried out before the end of shift.\nAbility to focus for an entire shift, trouble shooting and prioritizing skills.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nMust be at least 18 years old. \nAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handlers Card is required. \nAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Responsible Beverage Service Card is required.\nMust be available nights, weekends, and holidays.\nPrevious Busser experience preferred.\nAbility to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.\nExhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness).\nMust have excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.\nMust work well under pressure and to complete all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.\nMust be able to lift and carry a tray weighing up to 50 lbs. through a busy dining area.\nMust be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.\nMust be able to work up to 8 hours per shift. \nCompany Standards:\nUnderstand the Hawks View Values, and Service Standards. \nEnsure the safety of guests and associates.\nFollow the environmental standards set by the Company\nTreat all
