Our associates are dedicated to delighting guests by providing excellent hospitality and serving great wine and food in a beautiful environment.\nSummary:\nThe Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruiting process for three hospitality-based sister companies, including two working wineries and one boutique hotel with over 200 associates. This role serves as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and reports to the COO and/or HR Specialists. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in resume screening, interviewing, and sourcing, along with a working knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and exceptional analytical, communication, and computer skills.\nCompensation:\n$27.00 - $28.00 hourly, depending on experience\n\nSchedule:\nMonday - Friday\n\n9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.\n\nBenefits Per Company Plan Responsibilities:\nRecruiting & Talent Acquisition\nCoordinate the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple departments.\n\nWork closely with hiring managers to define and qualify staffing requirements.\n\nWrite and maintain job descriptions and implement proactive recruiting strategies.\n\nSource and screen candidates through applicant tracking systems, networking, cold outreach, and industry research.\n\nSchedule and conduct interviews.\n\nConduct background and reference checks in coordination with HR Specialists.\n\nUtilize recruiting tools to maximize high-quality candidate flow.\n\nBuild and develop applicant sources through community outreach and career fairs.\n\nMaintain and update requisition postings in ADP on a weekly basis.\n\nProduce weekly recruiting reports for the COO and Managing Partner.\n\nOnboarding & Orientation\nSchedule and conduct HR orientation for new hires, including talking points, videos, safety training, and department-specific requirements.\n\nVerify I-9 documentation during new-hire orientation.\n\nCreate and assemble new-hire orientation folders.\n\nPrint and bind associate handbooks.\n\nAssist with ordering, creating, and distributing name badges for new hires.\n\nTraining & Leadership Support\nSchedule and facilitate leadership meetings and required associate training sessions as needed, including Sexual Harassment Prevention and Safety Training.\n\nSupport leadership development initiatives as assigned.\n\nHR Administration & Compliance\nCreate and maintain HR department binders and compliance files, including EEO, 8850, Election to Participate, and IIPP.\n\nCreate and maintain employment files, including scanning, renaming, and uploading documents using established naming conventions.\n\nCollect and verify documentation received from all departments.\n\nCalendar, track, and coordinate associate referral bonus payments with Payroll.\n\nWork closely with the COO, Managing Partner, Payroll, Accounting, and Marketing departments.\n\nGeneral Administrative Support\nAssist with maintaining office supplies for winery departments through Staples ordering.\n\nAssist with creating and updating HR documents and job description templates.\n\nMake photocopies, mail, scan, and email documents as needed.\n\nAssist the HR Specialists with assigned projects.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by the COO and/or HR Specialists.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nMinimum of three years of recent recruiting experience.\n\nCollege degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.\n\nProven track record in full-cycle recruiting with references.\n\nStrong experience with applicant tracking systems.\n\nExperience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.\n\nExceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills.\n\nKnowledge of California and federal employment laws related to hiring.\n\nProficiency in ADP and Excel.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nAbility to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.\n\nAbility to prioritize work,
