This person will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, as well as providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and closing the sale. An interest in designer toys will make you a competitive candidate for this position. The position reports to & receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.\nWhat You Will Achieve\nGreet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs.\nSubject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, company history information.\nOffer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisions.\nUse the cash register to ring up customer transactions.\nSupport on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products.\nDrive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.\nMust be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.\nWhat You Will Need\n1+ year of retail customer-facing experience\nConfident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience\nAbility to speak or
