We want people who see things differently-because that’s how we see things too. \nKey Responsibilities: \nDevOps Integration: Collaborate with software development to integrate best practices into the DevOps pipeline, automating controls and promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. \nPipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab, ensuring efficient, reliable, and repeatable build, test, and deployment processes. \n Cloud Infrastructure: Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ensuring environments are scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient. \nContinuous Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and rapid incident response. \nSecurity Integration: Embed security practices across the DevOps pipeline, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and adherence to Azure security best practices. \nIncident Response: Participate in incident response activities, contributing to root cause analysis and the implementation of preventative measures. \n Compliance: Support compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) through appropriate infrastructure controls, access management, and audit readiness. \nCollaboration & Enablement: Provide guidance and support to development teams on DevOps best practices, tooling, and workflows. \nRequirements: \n5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related role \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) \nStrong hands-on experience with Pipelines, Repositories, Artifacts \nProven experience with Microsoft Azure services, including compute, networking, storage, and identity (AAD/Entra ID) \nProficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep/ARM templates \nProficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) \nExperience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) \nSolid understanding of observability (e.g MELT) and related tools \nFamiliarity with Azure security tooling, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, and RBAC \nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals in Azure (VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, DNS) \nStrong communication and collaboration skills across development, operations, and stakeholder teams \nNice to Have: \nMicrosoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104) \nExperience in repository migrations (including pipelines) \nExposure to security and code quality scanning tools such as SonarQube, or similar \nExperience working in regulated industries or with compliance frameworks\nCompensation \nAnnual base salary gross: : 70,000-85,000 EUR plus variable. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location.
