From making the facilities look fresher than a morning breeze and fabulously safe, to adding a touch of sparkle to every nook and cranny.\nPay rate: $16-$18 per hour\nRole type: non-exempt\nEssential Job Duties\n· Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.\n· Perform landscaping duties.\n· Maintain all areas in a safe and clean condition by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.\n· Monitor and replenish supplies.\n· Clean Bathrooms\n· Report any maintenance needs and hazards to a supervisor immediately.\n· Complete maintenance checklists.\n· Assist with storm preparedness and recovery tasks.\n· Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area.\n· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.\n· Assist with special tasks and projects.\n· Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.\n· Other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n· Experience working with cleaning products and chemicals.\n· Must be available to work weekends and holidays.\n· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\nPhysical Requirements\n· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.\n· Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.\n· Ability to operate equipment and
