You’ll operate a 13-passenger shuttle van, transporting guests to and from PopStroke, the Orange County Convention Center, and designated locations throughout the International Drive area. From welcoming convention attendees to helping visitors enjoy everything I-Drive has to offer, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation and friendly service on every trip.\nWe’re looking for a dependable, service-minded team member who takes pride in keeping guests safe, comfortable, and informed.\nRole type: Non-exempt\nLocation: PopStroke Orlando I-Drive\nEssential Job Duties\nSafely operate PopStroke’s 13-passenger shuttle van, transporting guests between the venue, the Orange County Convention Center, and approved pickup and drop-off locations throughout the I-Drive area.\nWelcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service throughout their trip.\nShare helpful information about PopStroke’s golf, food and beverage offerings, and venue experiences.\nFollow all traffic laws, posted speed limits, company transportation procedures, and safe driving practices.\nConfirm passenger counts remain within the vehicle’s approved capacity and ensure passengers are seated and properly secured before departure.\nAssist guests with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed, following company procedures.\nCoordinate with venue leadership to manage shuttle schedules, convention traffic, guest requests, and transportation needs.\nCommunicate pickup locations, estimated arrival times, delays, and service updates clearly to guests and team members.\nMaintain familiarity with the International Drive area, convention center access points, nearby hotels, and approved shuttle stops.\nComplete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking tires, lights, mirrors, seat belts, fluid levels, and other safety equipment.\nPromptly report maintenance needs, vehicle damage, safety concerns, accidents, and incidents to management.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming vehicle interior and exterior.\nMonitor fuel levels and coordinate refueling and scheduled maintenance.\nMaintain accurate trip, mileage, inspection, and incident records as required.\nAdjust driving and communicate service concerns based on weather, traffic, road conditions, and visibility.\nAvoid distractions while driving and follow company policies regarding mobile devices.\nFollow established emergency procedures and promptly contact appropriate assistance when needed.\nSupport additional guest service and venue duties as assigned when shuttle service is not required.\nQualifications\nValid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle and its operation, including any required endorsements.\nDriving record that meets company and insurance requirements.\nAbility to meet applicable driver eligibility requirements and successfully complete required driving record reviews, screenings, and training.\nPrevious shuttle, passenger transportation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.\nFamiliarity with Orlando’s International Drive area and the Orange County Convention Center preferred.\nStrong commitment to safety, reliability, and guest service.\nClear communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.\nAbility to remain calm, exercise sound judgment, and respond appropriately to changing conditions.\nAbility to follow routes, schedules, navigation tools, and written procedures.\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment\nAbility to sit and operate a vehicle for extended periods while remaining alert.\nAbility to enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly and perform routine vehicle inspections.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach while assisting guests and maintaining the vehicle.\nAbility to work outdoors during pickups, drop-offs, and inspections
