The ideal candidate will have strong architecture, integration, development, and stakeholder-management experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Define ServiceNow enterprise architecture, technical strategy, and implementation roadmap.\n\n- Design scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.\n\n- Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.\n\n- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and web services.\n\n- Establish development standards, design patterns, security standards, and governance.\n\n- Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, and code developed by ServiceNow teams.\n\n- Ensure effective use of out-of-box functionality while minimizing unnecessary customization.\n\n- Design and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules.\n\n- Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, ITSM, and other platform capabilities.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure/security teams.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.\n\n- Support performance optimization, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical governance.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- ServiceNow Platform : Architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Service Catalog, Reporting.\n\n- Integration : REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Web Services, SSO/LDAP.\n\n- Development : JavaScript,
