The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of AS400, COBOL, DB2 querying, and CL commands, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide application support and troubleshoot day-to-day issues in an AS400 environment.\n\n- Diagnose application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.\n\n- Work with COBOL programs and perform basic troubleshooting and analysis.\n\n- Perform DB2 querying for data validation, investigation, and issue resolution.\n\n- Use CL (Command Language) for application support and operational activities.\n\n- Monitor and support WINS, nightly jobs, and associated policy data processing.\n\n- Analyze incidents and document issues, resolutions, and relevant technical details.\n\n- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding incidents, issues, and resolutions.\n\n- Collaborate with relevant technical teams to resolve complex application and production issues.\n\n- Quickly learn and understand existing applications, business processes, and policy data workflows.\n\nRequired Candidate Profile : \n\n- Experience working with AS400 / IBM i environments.\n\n- Working knowledge of COBOL, DB2, and CL commands.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and basic application support skills.\n\n- Ability to diagnose application issues and perform initial root-cause analysis.\n\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Ability to interact with users and clearly document incidents and resolutions.\n\n- Willingness and aptitude to learn WINS, nightly jobs, and policy data processing.\n\n- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in a support environment.\n\nKey Skills : \n\n- Are you an immediate
