adoption, and stakeholder management within a complex enterprise environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap Management\nDefine, maintain, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.\nTranslate business priorities, technology initiatives, governance requirements, and adoption opportunities into actionable platform initiatives.\nEstablish and manage platform intake, demand management, evaluation, and prioritization processes.\nDefine success metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and value realization measures for platform investments.\nFacilitate roadmap reviews, planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and prioritization discussions.\nServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, platform teams, and citizen developers.\nGovernance & Platform Oversight\nDrive governance initiatives supporting the sustainable growth of the Power Platform ecosystem.\nPartner with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and audit teams to strengthen platform governance and operational controls.\nPromote governance-by-design practices through standards, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.\nSupport platform lifecycle management, ownership accountability, inventory management, monitoring, and reporting activities.\nCoordinate governance reviews, platform assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop executive reporting and dashboarding capabilities that provide visibility into adoption, usage, compliance, and platform health.\nAI & Copilot Studio Enablement\nDevelop and execute strategies that support the adoption of Copilot Studio and AI-enabled capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.\nDefine intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks for AI-powered use cases.\nPartner with technology and governance stakeholders to ensure AI capabilities align with enterprise standards and policies.\nEstablish operational guidelines, ownership expectations, monitoring practices, and lifecycle management approaches for AI-enabled solutions.\nPromote responsible AI adoption through education, communication, governance, and change management activities.\nIdentify opportunities to expand business value through automation, AI agents, conversational experiences, and emerging Microsoft platform capabilities.\nCitizen Development & Community Enablement\nLead the Power Platform Community of Practice and related engagement initiatives.\nEstablish and maintain a Citizen Development operating model that balances innovation, supportability, governance, and business value.\nDevelop and manage a Champions Program focused on accelerating adoption and creating platform advocates across business units.\nDefine standards, templates, guidance, naming conventions, and best practices for makers and citizen developers.\nFacilitate training sessions, workshops, office hours, community events, and adoption campaigns.\nPromote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation across the Power Platform community.\nStakeholder Management & Change Leadership\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, platform administrators, citizen developers, and executive stakeholders.\nCommunicate platform strategy, governance expectations, adoption opportunities, and business outcomes effectively at all organizational levels.\nSupport organizational change management activities associated with platform growth and AI adoption.\nFacilitate alignment between business priorities and platform capabilities to maximize value realization.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.\nMaster's Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.\nExperience\nThree (3) years or more of experience in product ownership, digital workplace technologies, enterprise platforms, business automation, process improvement, or related disciplines.\nTwo (2) years or more of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, or related solutions.\nExperience supporting enterprise technology platforms, governance initiatives, platform adoption programs, or digital transformation efforts.\nExperience managing roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization processes, stakeholder engagement, or product planning activities.\nExperience working with business and technology teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.\nExperience supporting low-code platforms, citizen development programs, workflow automation initiatives, or productivity technologies is preferred.\nExperience with AI-enabled solutions, Copilot technologies, or emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem is preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.\nKnowledge of platform governance, lifecycle management, environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), managed environments, and adoption best practices.\nUnderstanding of citizen development frameworks, Community of Practice models, and user enablement strategies.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies, product ownership practices, and backlog management techniques.\nExperience with analytics, reporting, and performance measurement tools, including Power BI.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI principles, AI governance concepts, and business adoption considerations.\nStrong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
