If you're excited about making a meaningful impact through actuarial science and analytics, we’d love to hear from you!\nWhat You Will Do As A Actuarial Specialist\nLead development and maintenance of rating plans and indication frameworks.\nDesign and implement advanced pricing models and segmentation strategies.\nDirect preparation of countrywide rating algorithm initiatives; ensure accuracy and compliance.\nEstablish documentation and governance standards for pricing models.\nMentor and coach actuarial analysts; review work for accuracy and completeness.\nDrive investigations into segmentation enhancements and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for opportunities to improve operations.\nImplement innovative analytical tools and techniques to elevate the analytic capabilities and speed to results of the department.\nCollaborate closely with business partners in Product, Reserving, Data Science, Underwriting, Sales, and Claims.\nMaintain progress toward actuarial credentials through ongoing exam completion and professional development activities, if relevant.\nWhat You Will Bring As A Actuarial Specialist\nBachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.\nAssociate designation or near-associate completion from the CAS, IFOA, or IAI strongly preferred.\n5+ years of general insurance actuarial/pricing experience, including leadership of complex projects.\nExpert Excel; advanced SQL and Python/R skills.\nProven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and regulators.\nStrategic thinking and leadership; strong governance and risk management orientation.\nAbility to influence and communicate effectively with executives.\nProven experience working with US based business teams.\nExcellent written and communication skills in English language.\nWorking Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks) \n4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30pm- 11:30pm IST)\n4 flexible hours (IST)\nWorkspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload\nThe application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from September 28, 2026.
