We offer differentiated products and services, with homeowners insurance at the center of this relationship. Wedifferentiate and look to win in the massive and growing homeowners insurance opportunity by 1) providing the best services for homebuyers, 2) led by advantaged underwriting in insurance, 3) to protect the whole home.\nAs a leader in the home services software-as-a-service(“SaaS”) space, we’ve built deep relationships with approximately 30 thousand companies that are key to the home-buying transaction, such as home inspectors, mortgage companies, and title companies.\nIn 2020, Porch Group rang the Nasdaq bell and began trading under the ticker symbol PRCH. We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.\nJob Title: Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager\nLocation: United States\nWorkplace Type: Remote\nJob Summary\nThe future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as our Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager.\nMost of Porch's new insurance business flows through the comparative rater channel, making this role a direct driver of written premium growth. As Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and partner relationships for how comparative rating platforms - such as EZLynx, PL Rater, and Bolt - and large directly-integrated agencies connect into our business. You will serve as the single accountable owner for getting new products, states, and brands live on rater platforms quickly and reliably, migrating legacy point-to-point integrations onto our Gateway API, and ensuring every live connection is optimized to maximize new business production. Operating at the intersection of engineering, product, distribution, and external partners, you will also serve as the technical bridge to our Sales and Distribution teams - providing scoping support for strategic prospects and ensuring agents have what they need to capture the rates they're eligible for.\nWhat You Will Do As A Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager\nOwn the roadmap and drive execution for getting new products, states, and brands live on comparative rater platforms (EZLynx, PL Rater, Bolt, and similar) in a timely fashion, treating launch speed as a direct driver of new business growth.\nServe as the primary point of contact for all rater and direct-agency integration issues, escalations, and migration requests - triaging, prioritizing, and driving them to resolution across engineering, product, and distribution.\nOwn the strategy and roadmap for migrating comparative raters and large directly-integrated agencies from point-to-point connections onto the Gateway API, sequencing migrations by business impact, technical readiness, and risk.\nPartner with the API Product Manager and Engineering Manager to translate launch and migration roadmaps into scoped, sequenced engineering work, ensuring requirements reflect real-world rater and agency workflows.\nWork closely with Distribution leaders to align launch and migration timing, minimize disruption to active business, and coordinate communication with external partners.\nRun regular, proactive relationship touchpoints with rater partners and large directly-integrated agencies to surface pain points ahead of escalation, negotiate timelines, and identify opportunities to expand or improve connectivity.\nJoin National Partner calls as the technical face of the team - partnering with partner engineers and product teams, and presenting directly to agents, to ensure the best eligible rate is being displayed.\nDefine and track program-level KPIs including time-to-live, migration velocity, integration uptime, quote volume, conversion, discount capture rate, rate leakage, and escalation resolution time, reporting progress and risk to leadership.\nOwn and maintain the project plan, timelines, and communications around integrations, performance, and risks/issues.\nAudit how connected raters and agencies structure and submit data (fields, defaults, optional attributes) to identify mis-mapped or missing data that suppresses eligible discounts or defaults to a worse rate, and drive fixes with partners and engineering.\nPartner with Product and Underwriting to stay current on rating-rule, discount, and eligibility changes, and ensure they are reflected correctly across rater and Gateway integrations.\nBuild monitoring and reporting to flag quotes or integrations where data-quality or mapping issues are suppressing rate competitiveness, and proactively alert Sales/Distribution when a change is detected.\nEstablish governance and onboarding standards so new comparative raters or large agencies connect directly to the Gateway API going forward, preventing future integration sprawl.\nIdentify and advise leadership on strategic opportunities within the rater and direct-agency network, including new integration patterns, competitive gaps, and growth opportunities.\nWhat You Will Bring As A Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager\n7+ years of experience in program management, integration program management, or partner/vendor program management, ideally spanning both technical and business stakeholder groups.\nDirect experience with comparative rater platforms (e.g., EZLynx, PL Rater, TurboRater/ITC, Bolt, or similar) and launching new products, states, or carriers/brands on them.\nExperience with agency connectivity, API gateway, or system migration programs - including migrating point-to-point or system-specific integrations to a centralized API or gateway model.\nExperience serving as the primary point of contact for external technical escalations, with demonstrated ability to triage, prioritize, and drive issues to resolution across teams.\nWorking knowledge of API integration patterns (REST, SOAP, gateway/proxy architectures) sufficient to partner credibly with engineering without needing to be hands-on with implementation.\nStrong program governance skills: roadmapping, dependency management, KPI definition, and cross-team risk escalation.\nDemonstrated ability to build prioritization frameworks and communicate tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders, especially when launch speed and integration health compete for the same resources.\nInsurance industry experience (P&C, agency distribution, comparative rating, or carrier integrations) required.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting recommendations to senior leadership and negotiating directly with agents, rater partners, and agency partners.\nComfort partnering directly with a partner's engineers to dig into submitted data and rating logic - not just confirming a connection is technically live - to improve competitive rate outcomes.\nExperience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams on scoping, feasibility, and technical credibility in front of a prospective partner.\nThe application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from 9/11/2026.
