(Retailer)\nPorsche Singapore is offering a Customer Relationship Management internship opportunity. The successful intern will collaborate closely with Porsche’s Marketing, Sales and After Sales teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of CRM.\nCollaborate daily with the Sales and After Sales teams to monitor Customer Satisfaction scores, track leads and KPI, and ensure data accuracy.\nAddress and troubleshoot all CRM inquiries in coordination with the Customer Interaction Centre team.\nPrepare customer databases for various initiatives, including birthday cards, Chinese New Year red packets, and Christmas EDM activations.\nConduct database cleansing activities to meet the Data Quality Index KPI.\nMaintain data integrity by contacting customers to obtain any missing information.\nUpdate customer profiles and assist the sales team with reallocating sales consultants as necessary.\nSupport the implementation of new reconsents and assist with any reconsent campaigns.\nSupport the sales team in every car registration process, ensuring that delivery gift items are adequately stocked and provide a selection of gift options.\nSupport the ordering of delivery gift items, including raising purchase requests, managing goods receipt, and ensuring timely delivery.\nUpdate the database with the latest customer data for all Qualtrics survey submissions.\nAssist in marketing projects and track the effectiveness of campaigns.\nPrepare relevant reports for management, including showroom and Service centre traffic, lead funnels, sales conversions, test drive, and etc\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, Marketing or any other relevant studies\nPast internship experience preferred\nFluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills \nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nOpen-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently \nTeam oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding \nInternship Duration: End Dec/Early January -
