Own the technical implementation and reliable operation of digital workflows, data integrations, and dashboards supporting Finance and Operations and other departments as needed. Translate business requirements into practical solutions and support them from initial development through ongoing maintenance\nRoles & responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain automated business workflows using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 tools.\nDevelop and enhance operational dashboards, including data preparation, consolidation, and reporting logic aligned with business owners.\nSupport the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user IT equipment and workplace systems, including laptops, standard software, user access, and peripherals.\nMonitor workflows and reporting processes, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate access, licensing, and hosting requirements with IT.\nWork with Finance, Operations, and HR to clarify requirements, test solutions, and implement process improvements.\nMaintain technical documentation, operating instructions, and structured handovers to ensure continuity and support user adoption.\nAssist with IT audits and related documentation.\nQualificationsQualifications\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nHands-on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, and SharePoint-based business solutions.\nExperience with data modeling, data validation, and scripting or querying using Python, SQL, or comparable tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions.\nAbility to follow written and verbal technical instructions closely and accurately\nProficiency using computers as an end user (MS Office, data entry systems)\nStrong attention to detail and documentation practices\nClear communicator that can explain technical details to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.\nThis role is in office 5 days per week.\nThe salary range for this role is $75,000-$110,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.\nIn addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
