Ltd.\n Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle which consists of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.\nAssisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards.\nReviewing candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.\nCoordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process.\nManaging the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluating manpower needs, ensuring efficient deployment and scheduling, monitoring staff well-being and performance, and overseeing accurate time sheet tracking and processing.\nPreparing and conducting onboarding for new joiners, and to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. \nAssisting with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.\nAssisting in planning and organising employee engagement activities.\nSupporting and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.\nSupporting in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.\nSupporting in office management tasks.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.\nPast internship experience preferred.\nFluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nOpen-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.\nEnjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.\nTeam oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.\nAble to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.\nAbility to work onsite at both the Porsche main office at Guoco Midtown and the Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru in 2026.
