The field of activity will be determined in the initial phase of the internship, based on personal preferences and the status of the active projects. The responsibilities will range from Reporting, Project Management, Business Process Modeling and Optimization of Processes to Website Management and light Software Development. This internship offers challenging tasks as well as a high level of responsibility and in return demands very good organizational skills and a high degree of commitment.\nThe hourly range for this role is $18-$20.\nRoles & responsibilities\nEnsure consistent, concise and accurate communications across team members\nMeet set milestones for the projects assigned to him/her\nImprove business acumen\nGain an understanding of IT methodologies\nGrow socially and professionally through personal interactions\nWork cooperatively with IT and Business colleagues to successfully meet project milestones\nUnderstand business processes and develop business process models to document required steps\nDirectly oversee activities on several small projects\nComplete other tasks as assigned\nChange Request Tracking - The intern will pull Change Request reports from Jira and update ticket contents based upon business user feedback. These reports are reviewed by senior leadership for the determining of IT prioritization of work tasks\nData Integrity - The intern will be paired with a business analyst to review and update system data. This may include the refreshing of old data or the documentation of current system data flows.\nEnsure all assigned projects conform to Porsche standards including: vendor selection, vendor management, technology & development standards, critical success factors, status & management reporting, information security, data protection, financial accounting and controls\nEnsure IT management is updated on local IT status on assigned support and project related activity\nDecision Making\nAll decisions related to critical processes that have a direct impact on business units or have a financial consequence are reviewed and approved by Manager, IT Systems.\nQualificationsQualifications\nEducation:\nMust be within or just completed a 4-year Degree program.
