at the Singapore office\nRequirements\nMust Have:\nDiploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing)\n0-2 years IT support experience (internship experience counts)\nBasic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications\nStrong Apple/macOS troubleshooting skills (hardware diagnostics, macOS recovery, Apple Business Manager, MDM enrolment)\nFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems (Jira ITSM preferred)\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset\nFluent English (written and verbal)\nAI-Assisted Tools: Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub
