This varied and interesting role is to provide effective and proactive IT assistance across the business to ensure the smooth running of IT operations. You will play a pivotal role within the team providing critical business support and have the opportunity to get involved in some interesting IT projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nProviding responsive, reactive and timely technical support to the business - being the first point of contact to the business for IT and Business System tickets.\nApplying and developing technical knowledge on issues relating to laptops, scanners, printers, tablets, networks and all other IT equipment in the business\nTechnical problem solving on all incoming issues, investigating, analysing, using detailed logical questioning to clarify problems and symptoms and working with end users to create, test and implement solutions.\nBuilding workstations such as laptops, desktops, handheld scanners, tablets and phones.\nAdministering Active Directory, Office 365, Teams Voice, Outlook & Exchange.\nSupporting legal specific case management and document management systems.\nChecking and testing critical weekly and monthly backups and backup procedures.\nPrint management, setup & maintenance.\nUndertake any additional duties which from time to time may be requested.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\nWorking closely with the fee earners across the business, this role would best suit someone who is proactive and enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. The successful candidate will be someone who has a keen interest in all things technology with an analytical, problem-solving mindset and a solution-based approach to problems.
