We’re always on the lookout for people passionate about leading and being a part of teams that are advancing innovative clean energy solutions that are also affordable and accessible to all.\nJob Title: Storeroom\nLocation: Salem Operations Center\nPay: $27.63 / hr\nHours: Day Shift\nIt is recognized that the Company is engaged in a public service requiring continuous operation, and it is agreed that recognition of such an obligation of continuous service is imposed upon both the Company and the Union.\nResponsible for pulling and organizing inventory to fulfill work orders as well as maintaining inventory organization and accuracy.\nDUTIES: (Essential Job Responsibilities)\nWork safely.\nKeep stock properly labeled, receive, check and sort material in Storeroom.\nIssue and return material, supplies, and tools.\nUse hand tools in the assembly and disassembly of materials.\nSort, recondition, and restock material in salvage area.\nOperate vehicles, such as forklifts, small trucks, and pickups.\nEnter inventory transaction data into the PGE Inventory Management System.\nMaintain general housekeeping in storeroom and in yard.\nOther duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required)\nMinimum high school degree or equivalent.\nMust possess and maintain valid driver's license.\nMust acquire PGE forklift certification within 6 months of start date and maintain.\nMust pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.\nInventory/warehouse experience-minimum of 3 years, preferred.\nDuring the probationary period following reassignment to any job, at least two progress reports will be completed.
