You will work for standardization and improvement of development processes including technology selection, deployment steps, and code review.\nIn addition to the above, you will be,\ncreating system functionality;\n\namending existing features;\n\ndoing research and development of proof of concepts;\n\nstructuring code according to coding standards;\n\nwriting thorough automated tests for your code;\n\nUpdating/managing tasks through JIRA;\n\nparticipating in daily standup meetings;\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; with 3+ years of industry experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;\nMust have:\nProficient at writing production code both manually and with AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), with the judgment to review, refactor, and take ownership of AI-generated output.\n\nAble to critically evaluate AI suggestions for correctness, security, and performance rather than accepting them blindly.\n\nExcellent PHP (7+), JavaScript, NodeJS development experience;\n\n3+ years of experience developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\nExperience in Tailwind CSS, Material Design and/or Bootstrap 5\n\nFamiliarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or Stylus\n\nKnowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue\n\nExperience in PHP framework Symfony, Laravel, and/or CodeIgniter;\n\nExperience in Webpack, Grunt, Gulp;\n\nStrong understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and techniques.\n\nFamiliarity with various LLM architectures (Transformer-based models, Llama family, GPT variants)\n\nSkilled in effective prompting and context engineering to get reliable results from LLM-based tools.\n\nExperience with cross-browser compatibility testing\n\nStrong experience in working with API’s;\n\nComfortable integrating LLM APIs into applications (function/tool calling, structured outputs, streaming, token and cost management).\n\nStrong experience with data modeling, relational database, SQL and database administration, and complex queries;\n\nProlific experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB etc) databases\n\nDemonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level, mission-critical applications;\n\nExceptional written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize complex information into succinct executive summaries for internal and external audiences;\n\nSecure coding fundamentals (OWASP Top 10, input validation, authentication/authorization, secrets management).\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills in english;\n\nGood to have:\nExperience with Next.js\n\nExperience with Redis/Memcached\n\nExperience with PHPUnit, mocha, jest, or similar ;\n\nExperience in server technologies, specifically AWS;\n\nExperience in Docker applications will be a plus;\n\nFamiliarity with open-source software a plus;\n\nFamiliarity with JIRA, Jenkins, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana is a plus;\n\nExperience in Kubernetes will be a plus;\n\nUnderstanding of vector databases and embedding models\n\nAwareness of observability basics (structured logging, metrics, tracing).\n\nExperience building agentic or RAG-based features (retrieval, embeddings, vector search).\n\nPrompt evaluation and testing practices for AI features.\n\n Our Pillars\nWe never compromise with ethics.\n\nWe like working hard but also want to have fun while working; If you are not having fun we reassess our approach to the solution through communication and improvement plans continuously.\n\nEveryone has unique talents, skills, and experiences.
