Qualifications

  • Memiliki pengalaman profesional 1–3 tahun sebagai Developer
  • Berpengalaman menggunakan Vue.js atau React.js untuk frontend dan Golang untuk backend
  • Berpengalaman membangun REST API dan aplikasi web secara end-to-end
  • Memahami database relational seperti PostgreSQL/MySQL serta NoSQL seperti MongoDB/Redis
  • Handal dalam memanfaatkan AI Agent, LLM, dan MCP untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi dan otomasi workflow
  • Familiar dengan message broker/message queue seperti RabbitMQ, Kafka, atau Google Pub/Sub
  • Mampu melakukan debugging, testing, code review, dan optimasi performa aplikasi
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri serta cepat mempelajari teknologi baru

    Nilai Tambah:
  • Pernah membangun aplikasi berbasis AI, chatbot, knowledge assistant, atau workflow automation
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman atau kompetensi dasar dalam Mobile Programming
  • Memahami atau pernah mengimplementasikan RAG dan vector database
  • Familiar dengan Git, Docker, dan cloud platform
  • Memiliki portofolio proyek Full Stack atau berbasis AI yang relevan
