peningkatan proses produksi untuk meminimalkan issue dan meningkatkan kualitas.\n\n Memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan standar operasional prosedur (SOP).\n\n Berpartisipasi dalam inisiatif peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi.\n\nQualifications\n\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.\n\n Experience: 2+ years in an IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support role.\n\n Operating Systems: Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11.\n\n Cloud Applications: Hands-on experience Google Workspace.\n\n Technical Knowledge: solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and basic network troubleshooting.\n\n Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong empathy for non-technical users, and great time-management
