We are\nrecruiting a Finance Manager to set up the company’s financial procedures,\nprepare financial documents, manage invoicing and payments, and ensure all\nstatutory and regulatory requirements are met.\n\nThe Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all\nfinancial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic\nfinancial guidance to support business growth. This role requires a strong\nunderstanding of Mauritian financial regulations, corporate governance, and tax\nframeworks.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Financial\n Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely monthly,\n and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.\n\n-Assist on bank reconciliation\n\n-Assist on invoicing clients and\npayment to supplier\n\n-Good Knowledge of accounting\nsystem\n\n-Ensure proper supporting are saved\non the system\n\n Statutory\n Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act\n 2001, FSC, MRA and other relevant legislation (e.g., Financial\n Services Act, where applicable).\n\n Taxation: Manage\n corporate tax computations, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and ensure\n compliance with MRA (Mauritius Revenue Authority) requirements.\n\n-Prepare monthly payroll and monthly\nfiling on MNS portal such as (CSG, PAYE and PRGF)\n\n Budgeting\n & Forecasting: Develop financial models , budgets, and cash\n flow forecasts weekly to support operational and strategic\n decision-making.\n\n Audit\n Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and\n external auditors;
