interviews and screening calls;\n- Present relevant candidates to hiring managers or clients;\n- Coordinate candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process;\n- Provide timely feedback and maintain communication with candidates;\n- Support offer management and candidate follow-up;\n- Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity in CRM;\n- Stay updated on IT roles, technologies, and recruitment market trends.\nRequirements\n- At least 3 months of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment;\n- Experience with the full recruitment cycle;\n- English at B2 level or higher;\n- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies;\n- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search;\n- Good communication, interviewing, and research skills;\n- Strong organisational skills
