organise filming, and edit short-form videos.\n Identify, test, and develop marketing channels to generate B2B leads and new business opportunities.\n Develop and test marketing hypotheses, analyse performance, and optimise activities based on results.\n Use AI tools for content creation and marketing optimisation.\n Maintain website content, support SEO activities, and manage B2B directory profiles.\n Prepare marketing materials and presentations in collaboration with the Sales team.\n Requirements \n Experience in digital marketing, SMM, B2B marketing, or content creation.\n Ability to independently develop ideas and turn them into practical initiatives.\n Content creation skills, particularly short-form video production.\n Understanding of digital marketing channels and current social media trends.\n Experience using AI tools for content creation or marketing activities.\n Creativity, initiative, independence, and a results-driven mindset.\n English proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n Nice to Have \n Marketing experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing.\n Proven experience in B2B lead generation.\n A content portfolio, personal blog, or independent creative
