problems, taking ownership, and contributing to technical decisions in a growing international SaaS environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain production applications using Ruby on Rails.\nBuild scalable and reliable backend services and web applications.\nDevelop and maintain APIs and integrations.\nWork with large relational datasets and optimize database performance using MySQL and SQL.\nDevelop and maintain frontend functionality using Angular and TypeScript.\nApply automated testing and TDD practices, particularly RSpec.\nParticipate in architecture decisions and contribute to platform scalability and reliability.\nConduct and participate in code reviews.\nIdentify technical debt, performance issues, and opportunities for refactoring.\nSupport application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production reliability.\nCollaborate with Product Management to translate customer and business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nMaintain technical documentation and development standards.\nEstimate work, communicate progress, and manage priorities effectively.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong professional experience with Ruby on Rails - this is a must.\nProven experience building and supporting production SaaS or web applications.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.\nStrong SQL and database engineering experience, particularly with MySQL.\nProfessional experience with Angular and TypeScript or comparable modern frontend development.\nStrong experience with automated testing and TDD/RSpec.\nExperience working with scalable, cloud-based production systems.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, performance, and application scalability.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively
