for customer infrastructures, ensuring continuous service availability and prompt alert handling\nEnsure security incident identification, registration, assessment, quantification, escalation, reporting, communication, mitigation, and threat hunting\nParticipate in the expansion and growth of the SOC service, contribute to integration of new products and services\nContribute in integration of new and innovative products and follow-up\nDefine and contribute related processes and procedures, ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are being created and that adherence and SLAs are met to achieve operational objectives\nContribute to the implementation of the required tooling landscape\nPerform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop/constantly improve use cases for security monitoring aligned with the MaGMa and ATT&CK frameworks\nIntegrate standard and non-standard logs in SIEM platform\nCreate reports, dashboards, metrics and KPIs for SOC operations, present them to customers and management\nWork closely with stakeholders, build, and maintain positive working relationships with them\nMay be assigned on-site at customer premises for short- or long-term periods to support day-to-day operations, provide operational expertise, and ensure close collaboration with customer teams\nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, or similar (or equivalent professional experience) \n5+ years of work experience in security operations, ideally in a SOC\nExperience in network and applications devices security management, including SIEM solutions\nExpert analytical and problem-solving skills\nHave thorough knowledge on best practices including security incident management and security automation and orchestration\nHave an entrepreneurial mindset and be excited about working with a highly agile team\nHave excellent intercultural and interdisciplinary communication capabilities\nBe fluent in English and French, Luxembourgish will be considered an asset\nStrong time management and multitasking skills as well as attention to details\nStrong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical info to
