are:\n\n• Assist in monitoring IT systems and security platforms to ensure service availability and timely incident detection.\n\n• Perform initial alert validation and escalate issues in accordance with established procedures.\n\n• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to incidents, platform health, and recurring operational checks.\n\n• Participate in routine tool operations, including system checks, basic ticket handling, and reporting activities.\n\n• Learn and follow operational playbooks and runbooks under appropriate supervision.\n\n• Analyze and respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities in a structured manner.\n\n• Identify potential security risks and contribute to mitigation efforts.\n\n• Monitor the performance and overall effectiveness of security systems and controls.\n\nOur requirements:\n\n• Cause and effect thinking applied to recognizing critical IT and cybersecurity events.\n\n• Willingness to learn monitoring platforms, detection tools, and structured operational workflows.\n\n• Familiarity with enterprise-grade monitoring, detection, and incident handling tools.\n\n• Attention to detail, good communication, and a collaborative mindset.\n\n• Ability to follow predefined procedures and grow with guidance.\n\n• Strong foundational knowledge of incident response techniques for identifying, isolating, and mitigating security incidents, including the ability to map activities to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and align processes with ITIL practices.\n\n• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.\n\nAdvantage (Considered a Plus):\n\n• Experience in IT Operations or Security operations within financial institutions, with focus on monitoring environments.\n\n• Knowledge of IT tool governance, controls, and audit readiness.\n\n• Any relevant certification that enhances your capability to meet the outlined challenges.\n\n• Work on shifts.\n\nWe offer:\n\n• A
