Every day at work, you’ll also be doing your part for the charities we support.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport the Group Data & Analytics Director with their schedules, meetings, travel and day-to-day organisation.\nCoordinate budget information between budget holders and Finance, and help keep records and reports accurate and clear.\nPrepare presentations, agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on agreed actions.\nHelp coordinate projects by keeping track of plans, deadlines and the people involved.\nOrganise communications, events and training sessions across the international department.\nWhat you bring\nExperience in executive support, management support, project support or a similar coordinating role.\nThe ability to adapt when priorities change. You see what needs attention, adjust your plans and keep things moving, even when plans are still taking shape.\nA practical, organised approach and the confidence to follow up with people at different levels.\nStrong attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to work independently.\nConfidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
