We are looking for someone who combines Big Four experience at Manager level or above with substantial in-house experience. You have led audit teams, developed an internal audit function across multiple countries and worked directly with Boards and senior executives. In this role, you will bring that experience to a Group with five lotteries, while continuing to conduct audits yourself.\nThe Postcode Lottery Group operates subscription lotteries in the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany and Norway, together raising €1 billion every year for local and international charities. Each lottery has its own history, local context and way of working. You will build a shared audit approach that connects them while recognising those differences.\nYou will work closely with the Audit Committee and Executive Board. That means presenting clear findings, discussing risks at the highest level and challenging decisions constructively. Just as important is your ability to build trust with colleagues across the Group and bring them together around a consistent approach to internal audit.\n“As Group Internal Auditor, you will work closely with colleagues across our international organisation and have the opportunity to make a difference.
