We’re making a difference today and creating an impact that really matters!’’\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign and develop efficient ETL pipelines and workflows, ensuring the seamless ingestion and transformation of data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing performance, and implementing scalable solutions to meet future demands.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration while setting best practices for development.\nResearch and implement emerging technologies to enhance the data ecosystem and solve complex challenges.\nPartner with stakeholders, including data scientists, analysts, and product managers, to understand business needs and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.\nUphold high standards for data quality, governance, and security, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in defining the technical roadmap and aligning the data engineering strategy with broader organizational goals.\nYou’d describe yourself as follows:\nYou hold a university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 6+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.\nHave expertise in ETL processes, advanced SQL, and managing complex data structures, along with experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Snowflake).\nYou have a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, architectures, and the design of large-scale data systems.\nAre experienced with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), and infrastructure as code, and have successfully implemented data workflows at scale.\nYou’re a proactive problem-solver with analytical skills, capable of identifying and executing optimization opportunities.\nYou excel at leading and mentoring teams, and are comfortable driving technical decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.\nExperience with data governance, GDPR compliance, and security frameworks.\nA monthly salary indication between €5.700,- and €7.400,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.\nJoin us\nWe believe an inclusive organisation is the ideal breeding ground for creativity, collaboration and innovation.
