You will operate across the international CRM organisation and value streams, while your direct line management remains within the local country organisation.\nThis is an international role, which means occasional travel to other Postcode Lottery offices may be required.\nWhat you’ll do\nTake end-to-end ownership of Salesforce and Braze solutions across our international CRM landscape, including architecture, integrations, data modelling and platform scalability.\nDesign and develop modern CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, middleware and event-driven integration patterns.\nDefine and improve engineering standards across the CRM domain, including CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, release management, governance and platform quality.\nAct as a technical advisor and coach for engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders within an international matrix organisation.\nYou’d describe yourself as follows\nYou have significant experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Technical Lead or CRM Engineering role, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, Flows and Salesforce data modelling.\nYou combine strong front-end and backend engineering capabilities, including experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, APIs, integrations and modern software engineering practices.\nYou have experience working in complex international environments and understand scalability, governance, security, data privacy and maintainability within multi-country CRM platforms.\nYou proactively identify risks, improvements and long-term opportunities, communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership to drive change.\nA monthly salary indication between €5.000,- and €7.000,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.\nJoin us\nWe believe an inclusive organisation is the ideal breeding ground for creativity, collaboration and innovation.
