As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Global Compensation Lead to support and strengthen our global compensation programs.\nIn this role, you’ll partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to deliver compensation insights, support global compensation cycles, and ensure our compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business priorities across regions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGlobal Compensation Programs: Support and execute compensation cycles across regions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with compensation policies.\nMarket Benchmarking: Analyze market compensation data to inform salary ranges, pay positioning, and compensation decisions.\nCompensation Analytics: Build reports and analyze salary structures, pay trends, internal equity, and compensation costs to support business decisions.\nEquity Compensation & ESOPs: Support equity compensation programs, including ESOP administration, grant recommendations, vesting schedules, and equity-related reporting.\nRadford & Market Data: Leverage compensation survey data and market benchmarks to evaluate competitiveness and support compensation recommendations.\nCompensation Planning: Partner with People and Finance teams on annual compensation reviews, salary planning, and related initiatives.\nStakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with People Business Partners and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation guidance across geographies.\nProcess Improvement: Strengthen compensation processes, improve data quality, and identify opportunities to streamline reporting and workflows.\nAbout You\n8-12 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Compensation Analytics.\nExperience supporting global compensation programs across multiple regions and geographies.\nStrong hands-on experience with Radford compensation surveys, benchmarking, and market pricing.\nSolid understanding of salary structures, pay ranges, compensation philosophy, and internal equity.\nAdvanced Excel and analytical skills, with experience managing large datasets and building compensation models and reports.\nExperience with HRIS and compensation tools, ideally Workday or equivalent platforms.\nStrong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate compensation data into actionable insights.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.\nWhat Else?\nIn addition to Postman's pay-on-performance philosophy, and a flexible schedule working with a fun, collaborative team, Postman offers a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend.
