This role is essential to our organization’s financial planning and analysis, providing senior-level insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting various departments through detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reconciliations. Expertise with Prophix or similar financial planning and analysis software is strongly preferred.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nAnalyze and evaluate financial performance across multiple departments, identifying significant trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nPerform and oversee advertising revenue reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and alignment with contractual agreements.\nPrepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including revenue analysis, expense management, and key performance indicators, to senior management.\nCollaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business objectives and strategic goals.\nMaintain, enhance, and optimize financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting effectiveness.\nGuide the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, providing key insights and recommendations.\nUtilize Prophix (or similar FP&A software) for financial consolidation, budgeting, and reporting tasks, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.\nLead ad-hoc financial analysis to support high-impact projects and senior management decision-making.\nDrive process improvements within financial reporting and analysis workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.\n\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong asset.\n4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.\nProven expertise in revenue reconciliations, ideally within a media or advertising industry setting.\nProficiency with Prophix or other financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) is strongly preferred.\nProficiency with NetSuite or other ERP tool\nAdvanced Excel skills;
