Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will translate business requirements into practical automation and AI solutions, leveraging Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. You will play a key role in helping organisations adopt AI securely, effectively and at scale.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\nWork with customers to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases that deliver measurable value;\nDesign, develop and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies;\nBuild and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365 services, APIs, third-party applications and data sources to create seamless business workflows;\nDeploy, test and optimise Copilot agents and automations, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable and aligned with customer governance requirements;\nCollaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating workshops, demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions;\nProduce technical documentation and provide ongoing guidance to customers and colleagues on AI capabilities, best practices and emerging technologies.\n\nSkills, Qualifications & Experience\nHands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform;\nStrong understanding of Power Automate, including workflow design, integrations, exception handling and process automation;\nExperience working with APIs, connectors, Dataverse, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services;\nKnowledge of solution deployment, environment management and application lifecycle practices within the Power Platform ecosystem;\nUnderstanding of security, data governance, permissions models and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies;\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions;\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and emerging AI technologies;\nExperience delivering
