As part of the job, you will operate mobile equipment including forklifts and front-end loaders. You will be trained to perform in-process quality checks and recognize when equipment adjustments are required. Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance will be required.\nYou will be expected to participate in safety programs and other employee driven projects which is part of the Potters continuous improvement philosophy.\nAn ideal candidate will have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. A technical/trade school education is preferred. \nComputer literacy to include email use and quality check data entry\nAttention to detail and familiarity with various industrial equipment\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment. \nDemonstrated safe operation of mobile equipment.\nMust be willing to work any shifts/hours and overtime, holidays, and weekends. \nOur pay is competitive at $27.45+ .75 per hour night premium, and includes Comprehensive Benefits - Health, dental, eye care insurance - a generous 401k retirement plan - Life insurance, etc. .
