Someone who can own the full design process independently, communicate clearly with clients in English, bring strong UX foundations alongside solid visual UI sensibility, and feel comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to enhance their design workflow.\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of experience in product design for web or mobile applications.\nA team-first mindset: open to feedback, collaborative, and invested in the team's success.\nFluency with AI tools in your daily workflow - strong foundation in AI-assisted prototyping, faster UI and UX exploration, designing and maintaining AI-driven design systems.\nClear communication in English: you will work directly with international clients and teams every day, both written and spoken.\nA portfolio that shows both UX thinking and UI quality: we want to see how you solve problems and how your final screens look.\nHigh Figma proficiency.
