Snowbird is a unique resort with distinct summer and winter seasons and offers full-time, part-time and seasonal positions.\nTITLE: Front Desk Supervisor\nLOCATION: Cliff Spa, Snowbird Resort\nSTATUS: Full-Time\nSCHEDULE: Monday-Sunday 5:30am-10:30pm\nYou must be available to work any 8-hour shift during operating hours based on business needs, any day of the week including weekends and holidays. \nShifts may vary from early morning to late evening depending on business levels. \nSUMMARY\nAs the full-time Cliff Spa Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations at the front desk for a dynamic, high-traffic spa. You’ll manage a diverse team, drive sales, maintain high standards for service, and ensure smooth, efficient operations across all departments. You will assist guests with check-in and out, give general information about the resort, answer the telephone, make reservations, receive customer complaints, and find solutions, and demonstrate outstanding customer service. \nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nLead and support a team of up to 10 employees. Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members to deliver excellent service. \nCheck guests in and out in a professional and friendly manner. \nBook spa reservations for our treatments, facilities and classes. \nRespond to guest questions and take action to resolve customer complaints. \nUphold Snowbird’s standards for professionalism, appearance, and guest interaction. \nCollaborate with other managers to optimize spa operations. \nWHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE\n1-2 years management or receptionist experience. \nStrong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nMultitasking is a must. \nFamiliarity with or ability to learn Book4Time, Square and Microsoft Office suite. \n18 years of age or older. \nA positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. \nWORK SCHEDULE\nSchedule varies and may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. \nWORKING CONDITIONS\nWork is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. \nMust be prepared to stay overnight during road closures. \nMay experience unusual stress from continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird. \nMust be able to stand for long periods of time and bend repeatedly. \nWork is subject to frequent interruptions, making continuity and accuracy difficult. \nMust have the ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner and maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird. \nWHY WORK HERE\nSnowbird season pass and complimentary ticket benefits \nDiscounts at Snowbird eateries, retail shops, mountain school, lodging and daycare for employees \nComplimentary spa access and classes and discounts on spa treatments. \nAvailable medical, dental, vision and accident insurance - benefits are available based on position and are subject to change \n401k with company match \nDiscounts with Powdr partners \nFree transportation to work: UTA Bus, Rideshare Vans, and Employee Shuttles \nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the role.
