They will be part of the maintenance staff, maintaining records, keeping Woodward's renowned facilities operating at a high level. A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks across the property ensuring the campus remains clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our guests. You will work and play in the same innovative environments as professional and Olympic athletes. \nDiscounts on food, retail and gear. \nCareer Development and growth opportunities here and at our facilities across the globe. \nA connection with people who share the same passions and embrace each other’s unique and individual styles. \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperate power driven street equipment \nOperate heavy equipment (Skid Steer, Lawn Tractors) \nOperate vehicles including: pick-up trucks and Kubota Side by Side and trailer \nClean, maintain tools and mechanical equipment \nLoad, unload, transport parts, materials and equipment \nPick up trash \nRespond to emergency calls \nPerform painting duties, sand, caulk, prime and paint \nPerform groundskeeping tasks such as: weed eating, mowing grass, and landscaping \nOperate a pressure washer \nPerform snow removal \nAssist with equipment repair \nPerform an array of plumbing, electrical and carpentry work \nRepair vandalism \nOperate spray units \nPut up and remove seasonal awnings \nRepair and patch concrete and asphalt around campus \nPerform seal coating on asphalt roadways \nApply concrete sealant \nManage projects and a crew \nPut on ramp stickers around campus \nInstall and repair or replace light fixtures, ballasts, switches, and outlets \nOperate small hand and power tools \nOperate a variety of air tools \nAssume custodian's duties \nAssist with guest requests and needs in a timely manner \nConduct routine maintenance and safety facility inspections \nOther duties as assigned. \nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\n+/- 10 Employees \nKEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines \nAbility to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team. \nAbility to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time \nStrong interpersonal skills.
