We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair manufacturing and fabrication equipment, including CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Turret Punch Press equipment, Robotic Welding equipment, Automated Material Handling equipment, and Automated Powder Coat Painting equipment.\nEssential Responsibilities\nReading assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts.\nMaintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical circuits. (occasional)\nMaintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing control devices.\nMaintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing hydraulic equipment, circuits and components.\nMaintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing pneumatic systems.\nMust be able to look up parts from equipment drawings, schematics and parts lists.\nMust be able to understand our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and be able to conform to our work order procedures.\nAdhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures.\nRequires working with a wide variety of other job groups and involves working around traffic, heights, electricity, hydraulics, and heavy equipment including moving parts.\nAssisting crew members and work in team environment.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma; associate degree in electrical technology preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of in a maintenance role\nSkills, Abilities & Other Requirements\nMust be able to efficiently and effectively use a computer, CMMS and related software related to record-keeping and machine troubleshooting/maintenance.\nStrong mathematical ability is essential.\nMust be self-driven and able to drive organizational change\nMust work well in a team environment\nMust be willing to learn and perform with minimal direction\nMust have mechanical and electrical knowledge\nMust have basic computer skills: Microsoft Suite\nMust be fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.\nMust have manual dexterity.\nAbility of strong mechanical aptitude.\nAbility to read mechanical and electrical schematics.\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair low voltage (12 v DC) - high voltage (480 v AC 3 Phase) electrical systems.\nAbility to visually and mentally make priority decisions and independent judgment calls based on the situation at hand.\nAbility to work long hours and weekends.\nAbility to operate hand and power tools, industrial machines, digital cameras, phones, scanners, tools, and controls in a safe manner.\nAbility to work and concentrate in a noisy environment.\nWorking & Environmental Conditions\nSafety sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing or industrial environment with occasional outside activities.\nRequired to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., safety shoes, hard hats, bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as required) and respirators when required.\nMust be able to work from all type of ladders (step ladders, \"A\" frame ladders, etc.)\nSpecific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, hand-eye coordination.\nWorking at heights usually no higher than 20 feet in the air on an elevated structure using proper lift equipment and Fall Protection Equipment.\nAble
