Posted position does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation.\nEssential Responsibilities\nThorough knowledge of scheduling to master schedule product through the facility\n\nThorough knowledge of planned revenue calculations based on sales forecast (expected bookings), existing master schedule and Percentage Of Completion (POC) schedules\n\nCreate, manage and communicate monthly, quarterly and yearly production plans including revenue projections\n\nManage and adjust master schedule to meet Company objectives of revenue for monthly, quarterly and yearly projections\n\nAttend in house and outside training sessions\n\nAttend local professional associations\n\nLearn policies and procedures, work instruction, ISO policies, Safety Rules and Regulations, and vendor products\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED. BBA or BS degree preferred\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a material ordering, supplier relations, and schedule management\n\nMust have P6/Primavera scheduling software experience\n\nSkills, Abilities, and other requirements\nP6/Primavera software Experience\n\nPossess a thorough knowledge of master scheduling of a finished product with multiple levels of process required to reach the finished stage\n\nAbility to identify areas of opportunity and areas of concern regarding production plan versus planned capacity\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\nGood oral and written communication skills\n\nGood organization skills\n\nMust be responsible and dependable\n\nMust have demonstrated excellent leadership skills\n\nWorking Environment\nThe employee typically performs duties in both a manufacturing shop and in a normal office environment. There will be exposure to the elements of our shop.
