Utilize a variety of industry and proprietary software tools under the guidance of the Master Scheduler to effectively manage the production schedule. Sponsorship and relocation support is not available.\nEssential Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain master schedules\nControl and monitor project schedules by effectively communicating across various engineering groups and departments. • Update, track and report on progress and POC revenue.\nComplete, update and maintain detailed project schedules, including activities required for each task with durations/constraints.\nProvide weekly status reports to Department Managers, Group Directors and others as needed • Assist in facilitating interactive planning process.\nReview/analyze activity durations and logic sequences; perform critical path analyses to identify potential problems and prompt pro-active correction of situations.\nReview staffing/resource needs and implement process improvements based on input from project management and manufacturing.\nConduct a full analysis of each project to highlight and identify specific scheduling problem areas.\nAct as a liaison between all departments to ensure all customer commitments are met.\nAttend required in house and outside training sessions.\nPerform other related duties as assigned with no direct supervision required.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBS/BA Degree with minimum 3 years relevant work experience\nIn lieu of BS/BA, minimum 7 years relevant progressive work experience required\nMinimum of 3 years Project Controls experience\nProficiency in Primavera Planner (P3) required\nExperience with Primavera P6, v5.0 or v6.0 v8.2 required\nSkills, Abilities & Other Requirements\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects and Oracle;
