Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am; OT as needed\nEssential Responsibilities\nLoad unpainted metal parts onto the Paint Line.\nLoad copper bars and pipe onto the Bus Insulation Line Conveyor.\nUnload painted metal parts from the Paint Line and properly attach the required part identification label.\nAssist with daily and weekly preventative maintenance of the Paint Line & Bus Insulation Line equipment and facilities.\nMove parts from one manufacturing operation to the next operation according to the part routing.\nRemove finished parts from sheet metal skeletons.\nSort and stack parts by part number & job number combination.\nAssemble kits of parts to be welded.\nAssist machine operators with various tasks upon request.\nOn occasion, be required to perform labor task such as painting, grinding, sanding or general cleaning task as directed by your supervisor or leadperson.\nLifting of up to 50 lbs. consistently.\nEnd of shift cleanup is required.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma preferred.\nAbility to use computer software to control equipment or look-up company information.\nAbility to use basic math, reading and writing skills to perform job function.\nSkills, Abilities & Other Requirements\nMust have a basic command of the English language, both written and verbal.\nAbility to follow company operating procedures, safety rules and ISO requirements.\nAbility to learn to read mechanical part or assembly drawings.\nAbility to read and use a linear tape measure.\nAbility to work independently or part of a small team and perform required tasks with little direct supervision.\nAbility to maintain a clean work area by picking up trash and sweeping the floor.\nWorking Conditions\nSafety sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing or industrial environment with occasional outside activities.\nRequired to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., safety shoes, hard hats, bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as required) and respirators when required.\nMust be able to work from all type of ladders (step ladders, \"A\" frame ladders, etc.)\nWorking at heights usually no higher than 20 feet in the air on an elevated structure using proper lift equipment and Fall Protection Equipment.\nPhysical Requirements\nAble to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs or step ladders.\nBending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction.\nContinuous standing and walking.\nAble to use upper extremities frequently, work with both arms above shoulders and use both arms at full length frequently.\nMust be able to meet physical lifting demand up to
