# Senior Solution Engineer NORAM

Join Powell Software as a Senior Solution Engineer for North America. In this remote role, you will partner with the Sales team to drive strategic growth across the US and Canada. You will lead consultative discovery workshops, support strategic enterprise deals, enable and grow the partner ecosystem, create and maintain technical assets, and contribute to customer and partner satisfaction throughout the full sales cycle. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and 10+ years of experience in technical presales or solution engineering are required.
