The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line technical support to users at our head office and construction sites.\nMain Responsibilities:\nProvide first- and second-line support on-site and remotely, resolving helpdesk tickets within agreed service levels and confirming resolution with users.\nInstall, configure and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues across office buildings and construction sites.\nAssist and train users on Microsoft 365, Teams and business applications.\nManage user accounts, passwords, mailboxes, permissions and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, support device security and report IT incidents and vulnerabilities promptly.\nKeep accurate IT hardware, software and licence records and conduct regular asset and stock audits and physical checks.\nDocument procedures, fixes and changes and suggest process improvements.\nEducation and Experience:\nMatric with NCV/N6 qualification in Information Technology or a related field.\nAt least 3 years' experience in IT support or systems administration, supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and business applications.\nExperience with Active Directory user administration, networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switching, VLANs), helpdesk/ticketing systems and IT asset and support records.\nRequirements:\nValid driver's licence, own reliable transport and willingness to travel to project sites\nStrong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.\nAdded advantage:\nNational Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Systems or a related field and current certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365 or Azure role-based certifications or CCNA.\nIT support experience in a construction, engineering or multi-site environment and knowledge of IP telephony.\nApplication Process:\n The following documents need to accompany your application (attach on supporting documents):\n1.
