You’ll play an active role in designing and delivering solutions within Oracle Fusion Financials while helping guide our transition from EBS to a scalable, cloud-first future.\nIf you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with business partners and delivering high-quality technical solutions - we’d love to hear from you.\nPosition Details / Responsibilities\nContribute to the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud, helping modernize enterprise processes.\nAnalyze existing EBS configurations and integrations and support the design of scalable solutions within Fusion.\nDevelop and enhance functionality within Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).\nApply working knowledge of Fusion SCM modules (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM).\nBuild and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion, legacy EBS (during transition) and other enterprise systems.\nDevelop solutions using SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX, JavaScript and REST APIs.\nPartner with Finance, Accounting and Operations teams to translate business needs into effective system enhancements.\nSupport BI tools including Hyperion and OBIEE.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.\nCollaborate with developers and IT operations to ensure secure, reliable and scalable solutions.\nHere’s What We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).\nWorking knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Order Management).\nExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite, especially in environments transitioning to Fusion, strongly preferred.\nStrong SQL/PLSQL programming skills and experience with relational databases.\nExperience with Oracle APEX and REST-based integrations.\nBI experience with Hyperion and OBIEE required.\nFamiliarity with cloud integrations and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.\nStrong communication skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated with a focus on delivering working, high-quality solutions.\nWhat Sets You Up for Success at Power Design\nYou demonstrate Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation and Growth.\nYou communicate with urgency and professionalism.\nYou build strong relationships across technical and business teams.\nYou take ownership of your work and your development.\nYou focus on solutions that drive efficiency and long-term value.\nAt Power Design, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
