Learn more below and hit that apply button!\nPosition Responsibilities\nAssemble project teams, assign responsibilities, provide clear direction and guidance, and foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.\nManage project budgets, track expenditures, ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle, and identify and address budget variances.\nIdentify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies.\nEstablish and enforce quality standards and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop project schedules, set timelines, monitor progress, and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet project deadlines.\nMaintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and clients as well as provide status updates and address project-related issues.\nAllocate and manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.\nEnsure that project scope remains well-defined and that any scope changes are documented, approved, and incorporated into project plans.\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, contracts, and technical specifications.\nEnsure that engineering projects comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.\nManage the procurement process for necessary materials and services, including vendor selection, contracts, and supplier relationships.\nHere’s What We’re Looking For\nA Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus).\nProven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or technical field.\nStrong understanding of engineering principles and processes.\nExcellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software.\nEffective leadership and team management abilities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.\nDemonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.\nAt Power Design, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
